Description
A letter from an unknown author to W.H. Adams in Kansas City, Missouri. 19 February 1915. The author is responding to an earlier inquiry from Mr. Adams about whether a tract of 5 to 20 acres with a house and located from 3 to 10 miles away from Los Angeles is available. The author explains that one property matches these specifications, being about 10 miles from the city limits, and that the property is $750 per acre. The author then gives Mr. Adams information regarding the North Whittier Heights subdivision and states that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author concludes by stating that he would like to hear more about what kind of property Mr. Adams would prefer and the price he would like to pay. There is adhesive holding together the pages of the document. There are two small tears on the left sides of both pages of the document, minor creasing is present on the right side of the first page, and discoloration is present on the right side of the first page. The object is in good condition overall.
