Description

A letter from an unknown author to W.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 1 March 1917. The author states that the owners of the North Whittier Heights tract will soon raise the prices of select properties, such as a section of 22.74 hills acres and lot 4. The author urges Mr. Crook to close Mr. Bickel and Mr. Goodfellow on lot 4 before the price increases to $900 per acre. The author also notes that the Realty Investors Company has offered to discount the Neumeier mortgage by 1%; however, the author states that he will try to arrange a different deal if they do not buy the mortgage. With minor acid burns, minor wear, and minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
