A letter from an unknown author to W.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 11 June 1917. In response to a note which was left for Mr. Hart, the author explains that lot 28, tract 2472 in North Whittier Heights is no longer priced at $10,000; a price increase has made it so that buyers must pay $1,000 per acre. The author states that Mr. Hart had, at an earlier date, given the easterly five acres a combined price of $6,000, and that he will likely stick to this price if Mr. Crook secures a prospective buyer. With minor tears, a fold, minor foxing, creases, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.Lexicon
