A letter from an unknown author to W.H. Crook in Whittier, California. 25 September 1916. The author states that he has enclosed a receipt for Harry Aiken's water stock with this letter. The author explains that the Whittier Extension Company holds water stocks until properties are paid for and then turns them over to the respective purchasers. The author states that Mr. Crook can give Mr. Aiken the receipt at his convenience and that Mr. Crook will be sent the voucher for his commission. With severe acid burns, wear, minor tears, and moderate tears, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
