A letter from an unknown author to W.M. Burke in Puente, California. 2 March 1917. The author states that lot 3, tract 2421 has been sold to Rex B. Kennedy of Whittier and lot 7, tract 2472 has been sold to H.F. Haworth of Whittier. However, the author explains that his office did not check to see if there were any leases on these properties before completing the sales. The author states that, if there happens to be any lessees, they will have to consult the new owners to make arrangements. With minor acid burns, minor foxing, a fold, and minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
