A letter from an unknown author to W.M. Burke in Puente, California. 4 January 1915. A letter to Mr. Burke regarding the sale of lots in North Whittier Heights. Lot 57 in tract 2421 sold to Floyd T. Case. Lot 43 in tract 1953 sold to Horace E. Fox. Lot 5 in tract 2489 sold to W.Z. Foster. Lot 47 in tract 1953 will be closing soon with Peter Goddicksen. There is also information that Mr. Weinshank is to get a sack of black-eye beans. There are tears on the right side, a fold in the bottom left corner, and an acid burn on the top and right sides. This object is in good condition overall.
