Description
A letter from an unknown author to W.P. Anderson of the New York American in New York City, New York. 22 August 1916. The abbreviation "GTR:MG" near the document's signature line likely refers to Grover T. Russell. In response to Mr. Anderson's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1149), the author states that he does not have any clients who would be interested in exchanging a North Whittier Heights property for Mr. Anderson's Brentwood Park property. However, the author states that he will submit a proposition to Mr. Anderson if he comes across a prospective buyer. With wear, moderate and minor acid burns, minor foxing, a severe tear, and other minor tears, the object is in poor condition overall.
