Description
A letter from an unknown author to W.P. Sherlock in Pasadena, California. 27 February 1919. The author explains that Mr. Sherlock can present his bill to D.A. Mizener at 101 Fremont Place since he will be planting six avocado trees on Mr. Mizener's property. The author also explains that, if Mr. Mizener is not present, Mr. Sherlock can simply leave the bill with his wife and he will subsequently mail a check. With severe discoloration/acid burns, a minor tear, and two missing pieces, the object is in fair condition overall.
