A letter from an unknown author to W.S. Fitts in Los Angeles, California. 5 August 1914.
A typed letter regarding a talk the author had with Mr. Fitts and his wife in the past. Mr. and Mrs. Fitts were looking for land for a dairy ranch or an alfalfa property. The author believes that he has found land for the Fitts'. There is a 50 acre ranch lying between Covina, Puente, and North Whittier Heights. This property is good for alfalfa, and a portion of the property is currently planted to this crop. The property costs $550 per acre and the owner may even take Los Angeles property as part of the price. The author closes by offering to take the Fitts' out to the property if they are interested.
There is discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
