Description
A draft letter from an unknown author to W.W. Shenberger in Aurora, Nebraska, 25 March 1913. A response to Mr. Shenberger's postcard (object number 2017.41.1.30) requesting a descriptive folder and maps on North Whittier Heights, which was sent in a separate letter. The Pollard Brothers planted 20,000 high class citrus trees and all land has been divided into 5 to 40 acre tracts with planted land at $875 and acre and unplanted land at $700 an acre. Loan terms are given and an orchard care contract is mentioned. There are corrections in pencil throughout the letter. With holes from a straight pin, wear, rust, a piece missing, creases, and a fold, the object is in good overall condition.
