Description
A letter from an unknown author to Wallace Blaylock in Smeltzer, California. 24 August 1916. A two page, typed letter. In reference to their prior negotiations, the author informs Mr. Blaylock about the co-operative deal being put together for the purpose of buying 100 acres of Mr. Amar's property near Puente. The author explains the terms of sale for the property and states that land can be purchased for $250 per acre, though he asserts that the land's true value is closer to $600 per acre. The author offers to talk with Mr. Blaylock or show him the property at his request. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
