Description
A letter from an unknown author to Walter Parker in Charlotte, Vermont, 27 March 1913. A response to Mr. Parker's letter (object number 2017.41.1.31) requesting a descriptive folder and maps on North Whittier Heights, which was sent in a separate letter. The Pollard Brothers planted 20,000 high class citrus trees and all land has been divided into 5 to 40 acre tracts with planted land at $875 and acre and unplanted land at $700 an acre. Loan terms are given and an orchard care contract is mentioned. With holes from a straight pin, folds, rust, wear, and soiling, the object is in good overall condition.
