A letter from an unknown author to Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 16 December 1913.
A typed letter notifying the Whittier Extension Company that the author sold his property in North Whittier Heights to John Kiddie. The letter states that the authors 5.96 acre property in Tract 1953, which included Lot 55 and a portion of Lot 88 (as far back as the drainage ditch) was sold to John Kiddie. With this letter, the Whittier Extension Company can transfer the contract to the name of John Kiddie.
There is a fold of the top left and top right corners, a small piece missing from the left side, and minor creases on the left side. THis object is in fair condition overall.
