A letter from an unknown author to William Clemens in Chandler, Arizona. 10 December 1914. A letter in responce to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.682) requesting information on North Whittier Heights. A descriptive folder was sent under a separate cover. Unplanted land was divided into 5 to 50 acres and costs $450 to $800 an acre. Several acres were planted to citrus fruit and walnuts. This land has been divided into 5, 10, 15, and 20 acre lots and costs $700 to $1025 an acre. With the compleation of Turnbull Canyon Road and a new townsite, the demand for and value of land will increase. A list of thouse who have bought in North Whittier Heights is included so Mr. Clemens can contact them. The letter is closed with an invitation to come and see the property should he be in Los Angeles. The pages have been glued together in the top left corner, general yellowing, holes in the top left corner from a straight pin, and discoloraion on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
