A letter from an unknown author to William M. Burke in Puente, California. 23 April 1914.
A typed letter to report the sale of Lot 81 and 82 in tract 1953 to Mr. G.C. Smith and his wife Lottie Bell Smith. The company has agreed to build a weir in the southwest corner of Lot 82 and cultivate lot 81 one time, all at the companies expense. After this Mr. Smith will care for the lots himself. Also, lot 50 of tract 2421, totalling 6.19 acres, was sold to Mrs. Sadie Combs. They have agreed to float the property at the companies expense.
There is browning on the top right corner, abrasion damage on the right edge, and discoloration on the top and right sides. This object is in good condition overall.
