Lot 4 in tract 2421, which Mr. Hart was going to plant to trees, has been taken off the list. Also, lots 7, 8, and 12 in tract 2472 are no longer going to be planted. G.C. Smith, who bought lots 81 and 82, states that Mr. Burke's men had broken a tree before delivering it to him. The author asks that Mr. Burke replace any damaged trees and have it irrigated by tank as soon as possible. Mr. Smith also wants a domestic water connection and the author told him to see Mr. Burke so a pipe can be connected. Lastly, Mr. Smith would like his lot peg put in so he knows where his property line is. The author would like Duling to do this, if he is out at the property.
