Description
A letter from an unknown author to Wm. Burke in Puente, California. 11 October 1916. The author states that his company has closed a deal to sell William A. Brown the easterly 6.88 acres of lot 18 in tract 2768. The author explains that the company has agreed to care for the property for the balance of the year or until the tomatoes are taken off of the lot. The company also agreed that the trees in the 40 foot road strip near the property will be left in-place after the Tetley Avenue extension and that Mr. Brown can use them as replacements for his orchard. With moderate tears, creases, folds, moderate acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
