A letter from an unknown author to Wm. Burke in Puente, California. 28 February 1916. The author states that Mr. Thos. H. Sutton, who currenty owns the Roger properties, will not continue his lease with Mr. Graham for raising beans. Mr. Sutton is also negotiating for Mr. Horton to become the new caretaker of his orchard. The author asks Mr. Burke to notify Mr. Graham or Mr. Sutton about this matter. With a minor tear, minor foxing, a minor acid burn, and an ink stain, the object is in good condition overall.
