Description
A letter from an unknown author to Wm. Burke in Puente, California. 7 July 1915. In reference to an earlier conversation, Mr. Burke requests that the author get a grapefruit tree from a man named Martin and four Ahuacate trees from Mr. Hart, all of which should eventually be planted on Mr. Merritt's lot. "GTR/S" is listed toward the bottom left of the page which may indicate that this document was meant to be signed by Grover T. Russell. With ink stains, acid burns, minor wear, and some possible foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
