A letter from an unknown author working for Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California to Bloomington Improvement Company in Bloomington, California, 6 August 1913. The Whittier Extension Company would like to help sell the Bloomington property but first they need to know the terms of sale, source of water, cost of water, and a map of the subdivided townsite. They would also like to know the terms of commission and feel is should be a liberal arrangement since Bloomington property is far and the expense to show the property would be rather high. With creases and wear, the object is in good overall condition.
