A letter from Andrew S. Lee, Proprieter at the Hotel St. Mark, in Venice, California to an unknown recipient. 31 May 1916. A handwritten letter on a letterhead for the Hotel St. Mark. Mr. Lee requests a folder regarding the recipient's avocado lands, and also asks what the smallest property available for purchase is. There is a handwritten note near the bottom of the document, but the text is hard to discern. With a moderate tear, creases, and a minor acid burn, the object is in good condition overall.
