A letter from Anna Bryant in Springfield, Missouri to Edwin G. Hart. 7 June 1915. Ms. Bryant is requesting information regarding North Whittier Heights, such as the prices of its properties. Ms. Bryant also asks whether a comission, applied as a payment on land, could be given if she directs other potential buyers to Mr. Hart. With two creases from left to right, an acid burn in the top left corner, minor foxing, and a note in pencil, the object is in good condition overall.
