A letter from Annie Andrews in Washington, D.C. to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 19 April 1916. Having seen Mr. Hart's advertisement in the Western Empire, Ms. Andrews requests full information and a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Ms. Andrews explains that, if the literature piques her interest, she may be able to send a relative to inspect the subdivision in her stead. With minor silverfish damage, minor foxing, minor acid burns, creases, the object is in good condition overall.
