Description
A letter from Arthur R. Chenoweth in Alhambra, California to Mr. Russell. 7 December 1917. Mr. Chenoweth states that, most likely, he will not look at more land over the week as he expects to be busy with a business project. Mr. Chenoweth asserts that Mr. Russell had not told him about the Happy Valley property and in fact had claimed to not have any nearly level land to offer. Mr. Chenoweth also implies that he will be in a tough spot until he hears from his banker friend, but that he will keep busy regardless. With creases, a minor acid burn, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
