A letter from B.C. Dodson in Glendora, California to Mr. Russell. 12 June 1915. A two page, handwritten letter. Mr. Dodson fears that he cannot handle the back payments on his property. Mr. Dodson proposes that Mr. Russell can take his contract for the lot equity and pay its balling bill. In exchange, Mr. Russell will receive the trees. Mr. Dodson also notes that a man named Mr. Rodgers appears to be in a similar situation. With staple holes in the top left corners of both pages, minor foxing, and creasing, the object is in good condition overall.
