Description
A letter from B.C. Dodson in Glendora, California to Mr. Russell. 18 March 1915. Mr. Dodson feels that he cannot prepare Mr. Russell's trees. Having discovered that two payments and $12 of taxes and interest are owed on the land he acquired from Mr. Russell, Mr. Dodson is proposing that Mr. Russell turn over the lot. Mr. Dodson implies that Mr. Russell should have taken care of these costs before selling the land. If Mr. Russell turns over the lot and balls the trees, Mr. Dodson feels that he can get over $300 for his equity. Mr. Dodson states that he can bring the contract in whenever Mr. Russell finds a buyer. With creases and minor smudges, the object is in good condition overall.
