A letter from B.W. Murphey in Glenside, Pennsylvania to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 19 January 1915. Mr. Muphey inquires about Mr. Hart's advertisement in a Los Angeles paper about orange lands in North Whittier and requests further information. There is a stain on the bottom right side of the document and pencil marks on the bottom left and right center. The obect is in good condition overall.
