Description
A letter from Benjamin Dreyfus to William Workman, 7 April 1870. The missive, on the letterhead of the United Anaheim Wine Growers' Association in San Francisco, concerned the shipment of lumber by steamer from that city to Anaheim Landing (Seal Beach), while pickets for fencing were slighly delayed. This may be in reference to the construction of fencing around the newly remodeled Workman House. With folds, a tear at the top margin, and light soiling, the condition is good.
