Description
A letter from Blochman and Company to William Workman, 29 March 1870. The missive concerned the shipment of surface lumber from the firm's yard at Anaheim Landing, the port at what is now Seal Beach, and noted that posts and bolts are not available, while pickets were not yet delivered. Pickets were at the yard and posts were expected the following week. This may be in reference to the construction of fencing around the newly remodeled Workman House. With two stains, an edge tear, light soiling and creases, the condition is good.
