A letter from C. A Wheeler to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 11 December 1913.
A typed letter on letter head from Rancho Del Rio. The letter states that the President of the directors for Rancho del Rio has called a special meeting for December 13 1913 at 10 a.m. which will take place at the Union Oil Building in Los Angeles.
The letter head is printed on a blue paper. The center has the name and address of Rancho del Rio, which reads "Rancho Del Rio / 700 - 701 H.W. Hellman Bldg. / Los Angeles, Cal." To the left is a list of directors. To the right gives the name Geo D. Barron, Superintendent, and the phone numbers of Home 424.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, a small tear on the bottom edge, browning of the right edge, early signs of foxing on the left side, discoloration on the right side, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in fair condition overall.
