A typed letter on letter head for Edwin G. Hart. The letter is an announcement that a special meeting of the Directors of the El Campo Land Company will take place on the 13th of January at 9:30 a.m. at the Union Oil Building. The meeting will be to discuss water proposition, street curbing, and other matters.
The letter head is on a light blue paper with dark blue printing. The top center has a seal of the California Realty Federation. Above this is the name and address of Mr. Hart. It reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917 - 923 Union Oil Building." To the left of this is information regarding the typed of property that Mr. Hart sells. To the right of the state seal is the phone numbers Home A 4615 and Sunset Main 2606 and notes that Mr. Hart always gives reliable information and competitive prices.
There are heavy creases in the letter from being folded, discoloration on the right side, early signs of foxing on the right edge, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
