A letter from C. Brown in Rivera, California to E.G. Hart. 2 May 1914.
A written letter asking for particulars regarding Whittier Heights tracts of 5 or 10 acres of planted land and terms.
There are heavy creases from being folded, a fold in the bottom right corner, browning on the top edge, rodent damage on the left edge, discoloration on the bottom, and the back has a stain in the center and abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in fair condition overall.
