A letter from C.A. Verity in Pomona, California to G.T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 31 March 1917. A typed letter on a letterhead for C.A. Verity at the Pomona Investment Building. Mr. Verity states that Mr. Russell had told him about some walnut groves near Puente or Whittier, and asks if there is a quality grove for which he could exchange a Los Angeles business block. Mr. Verity specifies that he has two income properties, one which is worth $40,000 while the other is worth $50,000. With creases, a minor tear, minor foxing, and discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
