A letter from C.A. Wheeler, Assistant Secretary at Rancho del Rio, in Los Angeles, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 17 May 1917. Mr. Wheeler informs Mr. Russell that a meeting of Rancho del Rio's directors will be held at the company's office on May 21st, 1917 in order to ratify an agreement between F.F. Pellisier and Edwin G. Hart and authorize the fulfillment of relevant documents. Mr. Wheeler explains that the agreement will determine the dividing line between Mr. Pellisier's property and the property of Rancho del Rio. With creases, a fold, a minor acid burn, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
