A typed letter on letterhead from Edwin G. Hart. The letter states a special meeting of the Directors of the El Campo Land company will be held at the offices of the company at 917-923 Union Oil Building in Los Angeles. The meeting will take place at 5 p.m. on the 2nd of July. The purpose of the meeting is to declare a dividend and other business that may come before the meeting.
The letterhead is dark blue writing on blue paper. The center reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917-923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, California." The top left tells the type of property Mr. Hart sales. The top right states that Mr. Hart is a member of the realty board and give the phone numbers of Home 10421 and Sunset 2606.
There are creases from the letter being folded, browning on the right side and the back has a black spot. This object is in good condition overall.
