A typed letter on letterhead from Edwin G. Hart. The letter states that there will be a meeting of directors for the El Campo Land Company on the 14th of August at 11 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Union Oil Building in offices 917-923. This meeting will be to discuss the resignation of the President, elect a new President and any other business that may come before the meeting.
The letterhead has name and office address in the top center. It reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917-923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, California." The top left corner tells the type of property Mr. Hart deals in. The top right corner states that he is a member for the L.A. Realty Board and gives phone numbers of Home 10421 and Sunset 2606.
There is discoloration on the left and right sides. This object is in good condition overall.
