A typed letter on letter head from Rancho Del Rio. The letter is an announcement that a special meeting of the Directors of Rancho del Rio will take place on the 20th of April at 11:00 a.m. in the Union Oil Building. The meeting is for the consideration of a proposition of changing the power plant on the ranch and other business matters.
The top left of the page lists the directors of Rancho del Rio. The top right informs that the ranch is in El Monte, California, the superintendent is Geo D. Barron and the phone number is 424. The center reads "Rancho Del Rio / 700-701 H.W. Hellman Bldg. / Los Angeles, Cal." Below this is a red stamp stating that their office has moved to 917-923 Union Oil Bldg. at 7th and Spring Streets.
There is a heavy crease from the letter being folded, discoloration on the right side and the back has abrasion damage along the fold. This object is in good condition overall.
