A typed letter on letterhead from Rancho Del Rio. The letter announces a meeting of the Directors of the Rancho del Rio taking place at the Union Oil Building in offices 917-923. The meeting is to take place on the 22nd of October at 10:45 a.m and will be for the consideration of the sale of horses and farming implements on the ranch and any other business.
The top center reads "Rancho Del Rio / 700-701 H.W. Hellman Bldg. / Los Angeles, Cal." The top left corner lists the directors. The top right corner names Geo D. Barron as the superintendent and gives the home phone number of Home 424.
There is discoloration on the right side, warping on the right side, browning on the right edge, and foxing on the left side. This object is in good condition overall.
