A typed letter on letterhead from Edwin G. Hart. The letter announces a meeting of the Directors of the El Campo Land Company taking place at the Union Oil Building in offices 917-923. The meeting is to take place on the 27th of August at 11:00 a.m and is to consider the water proposition at El Campo Court and any other business that comes before the meeting.
The center of the letter reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917-923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, Cal." The top left corner gives the type of land that Mr. Hart deals in. The top right informs that the Mr. Hart is a member of the L.A. Realty Board and gives the home numbers of Home 10421 and Sunset 2606.
