A typed letter on letter head from Edwin G. Hart. The letter is an announcement that a special meeting of the Directors of the El Campo Land Company will take place on the 5th of February at 11:00 a.m. in the Union Oil Building. The meeting will be to discuss water proposition, street curbing, and other business matters.
The letter head is on a blue paper with dark blue printing. The top center has the name and address of Mr. Hart. It reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917 - 923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, Cal." To the left of this is information regarding the typed of property that Mr. Hart sells. To the right of Mr. Hart's name is the phone numbers Home 10421 and Sunset Main 2606 and notes that Mr. Hart is a member of the L.A. Realty Board.
There is a crease from the letter being folded, discoloration on the right side, browning on the right edge, and abrasion damage on the back along the fold. This object is in good condition overall.
