A typed letter on letterhead from Edwin G. Hart. The letter announces a meeting of the Directors of the El Campo Land Company taking place at the Union Oil Building in offices 917-923. The meeting is to take place on the 6th of October at 11:15 a.m and will be for the consideration general company business.
The top center reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917-923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, Cal." The top left corner tells of the type of land Mr. Hart deals in. The top right corner tells that Mr. Hart is a member of the Los Angeles Realty Board and gives the phone numbers of Home 10421 and Sunset 2606.
There are creases in the bottom and top left corners, foxing on the left side, a brown spots on the bottom right and top left corner, and discoloration on the right side. This object is in fair condition overall.
