A typed letter on letterhead from Rancho Del Rio. The letter announces a meeting of the Directors of Rancho Del Rio taking place at the Union Oil Building in offices 917-923. The meeting is to take place on the 6th of October at 11:00 a.m and will be for the consideration and ratification of land and building leases, and any other business that comes before the meeting.
The top center reads "Rancho Del Rio / 700-701 H.W. Hellman Bldg. / Los Angeles, Cal." The top left corner lists the directors and the top right informs that Geo. D. Barron is the Superintendent and the Home phone number is 424.
There is discoloration on the right side, a dent in the top left corner from the head of a straight pin, and an acid burn along the top edge. This object is in good condition overall.
