A letter from C.A. Wheeler of Rancho del Rio in Los Angeles, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 18 April 1916. Mr. Wheeler informs Mr. Russell that a meeting of Rancho del Rio's directors will take place at the comapany's office on April 20th to address two matters: the tax money due April 24th, and the Phillip's interest due April 25th and May 1st. With minor tears, small pieces missing, minor acid burns, and stains, the object is in good condition overall.
