A letter from C.A. Wheeler of the Rancho Del Rio Company to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 29 September 1915. Mr. Wheeler states that a meetng of the directors will be held at Rancho Del Rio's office on October 1st to discuss the matter of paying a bill due to the German American Trust & Savings Bank, the Phillips interest, and county taxes. Mr. Wheeler firmly requests Mr. Russell's presence at the meeting. With minor foxing and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
