A letter from C.C. Caldwell in Almena, Kansas to Edwin G. Hart. 15 May 1914.
A written letter asking for information on unplanted tracts in North Whittier Heights. C.C. Caldwell would also like a descriptive folder of Southern California and the prices.
There are creases from the letter being folded, and the back has soiling at the top, browning at the bottom and abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
