A letter from C.C. Earlin in Glendora, California to Mr. Russell. 25 June 1915. A two page, handwritten letter. Mr. Earlin states that he cannot trade for Mr. Russell's lot but knows a man who is willing to trade his grapefruit and valencia trees for it. With staples holes in the top left corners of both pages, a water stains, creasing, and possible foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
