A letter from C.H. Webster in Hibbing, Minnesota to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 11 August 1918. A two paged, typed letter. Mr. Webster recounts that he had previously written to Mr. Hart about the citrus lands at North Whittier Heights. Mr. Webster states that he would like to purchase a 5 acre property either planted to Valencia oranges or suitable for that crop. However, Mr. Webster explains that he is trying to decide between making a purchase in the North Whittier Heights district or in the Fontana district. Mr. Webster presents some concerns and questions that he has regarding the costs, prices, and conditions relevant to these properties. Mr. Webster states that he would like full information about these districts before he travels to Southern California. With creases, pin holes, a pencil marking, minor acid burns, early signs of foxing, and minor stains, the object is in good condition overall.
