A letter from Chas. F. Booth in Long Beach, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 20 August 1915. Since Mr. Booth's customers would like to grow avocados, he is requesting information about the North Whittier Heights lands that Mr. Hart advertised in the Tribune. Mr. Booth is also requesting directions to the property so that he can bring his customers to see the land. Mr. Booth asks whether the commission for selling the property can be divided. With creases, two minor folds, a pencil mark, pinholes, foxing, and discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
