A letter from Chas. H. Hamburg in Los Angeles, California to Albert Chamness, the Treasurer of Wayne County, in Richmond, Indiana. 8 October 1915. Mr. Hamburg briefly lists the terms of sale regarding a 23 acre property and encourages Mr. Chamness to wire the money immediately if he is interested since there are other potential buyers. Mr. Hamburg is also willing to separate 5 acres from the property if it is too large for Mr. Chamness, but will sell that portion to him later under different terms. With two tears near the bottom of the document and discoloration throughout, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
