A letter from Chas. H. Park in Escondido, California to Grover T. Russell in Whittier, California. 23 July 1918. Having seen Mr. Russell's report of citrus sales in North Whittier Heights and its surrounding area, Mr. Park states that he may be willing to sell his 10 acre tract in Escondido. However, Mr. Park explains that he has not provided a description as he is unsure whether Mr. Russell's office will handle the property, which seems to lie outside of the firm's operating range. With two minor tears, creases, minor foxing, a rust stain, a minor acid burn, minor discoloration, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
